The Sims 4 Parenthood game pack was released on May 30, 2017. This particular pack features interactions and objects that revolve around raising children and growing up.
Major Additions:
Curfews have returned.
The parenting skill has been added.
Kids now have character values. These values include empathy, responsibility, conflict resolution, manners, and emotional control.
My Favorite Parts:
I absolutely love the new hairstyles for women.
I like the addition of writing in a diary.
I like the idea of having class projects.
I like watching the kids make a mess, the animations are pretty hilarious.
My Least Favorite Parts:
Sometimes the curfew is a major inconvenience. I sent a teenager on a date at 5 pm. The sim was not finished with the date by 11 pm! He ordered the food at 5:05 pm; it did not arrive at the table until 10:50!
I would like there to be more autonomous parent disciplining kids.
I wish that the character values had a greater impact on adult behavior.
This game pack is definitely worth the money if you enjoy raising kids within the Sims 4.
